The complex is on the edge of D7 and D4, 10mins to D1 by motorbike, 4mins to Lotte Mart.

You have your own keys and security cards(for the garage and elevator). No curfew. The owner don't live here. You can live here as long as you like, when you leave just give a month notice.
There is gym (17$/month) and convenience shop in the building
