Earlier this month, we highlighted a video from food blogger, Mark Wiens’, visit to a small street side eatery in Saigon that has devised a clever way to drench its chicken in a waterfall of boiling oil.
But this was far from the only street food stop for Wiens who sampled
dozens of the city’s culinary offerings and has compiled his experience
into a lengthy guide on his blog with photos, addresses and all.
Looks like we've got some serious edible exploration in our future.
