-Centrally located in District 1 near the Ben Than Marketplace, Bus Station and Bitexco Tower
- The apartment occupies the whole 4th floor of the 6 story apartment building
-Ceiling to Floor windows in every room with sliding doors and dark curtains
- 2 bedrooms fully furnished
-Full Kitchen with Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Microwave and Gas Range--(space for oven available--we bought a small one)
-Bathroom with modern amenities (full shower, modern toilet, built in storage space and medicine cabinet)
-Large Kitchen/Dining area
-Large flat screen TV--both cable and internet are offered through the building
-Under building parking
-Utilities/cable/internet range from 30 - 100 USD depending on Air conditioning usage (We only use AC mid-day on the weekends, so our bill tends to be about 40USD/Month)
-only 6 apartments in the whole building
The apartment is located above a small bakery called Le Petit Saigon. There is an around the clock security guard and property manager on site, as well as security cameras and gated entry. The floor to ceiling windows offer views of the BItexco Building and the Saigon River. There are air conditioners in each room.
My wife and I moved to HCMC last July and signed a year lease starting and ending on the 15th of July. I worked in D1 and D10, and she worked in Nha Be so this location was perfect (being on the bus line, etc.). We are both now working in the Nha Be area and this is no longer a convenient location as our commute is to long. We are sad to be leaving District 1 and especially our apartment.
We are looking for someone to take over our lease in the first week of June, this date is somewhat flexible for us. The renter would then have until July 15th to decide if they wanted to continue renting the apartment.
