Hello everyone, we have a good size double bedroom with a nice view available in our three bedroom flat. There is a living room with a big open-plan kitchen, laundry room and a balcony overlooking the Saigon river. The internet connection is also very fast.
The flat is located in a residential building in district 5 at the border with district 1 (it is only 5-10 minutes by motorbike to Pham Ngu Lao).

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, shelves and a good size wardrobe.
In the building there is also a private parking lot, in case you have a motorbike, bicycle or car.

We are a girl and a guy, one Italian and one British, in our 20s and 30s.
We are looking for one person (no couple, please) to come and live with us in our lovely flat. We are very sociable and enjoy to share some beers together in our living room.

The room is available at the end of May. Rent is 4 million VND per month.
