House for shared in District 2

I am leaving Vietnam in 1 month and so my room will be available to rent.

The house is located in District 2, street 11 on Tran Nao, Binh An ward, a quiet but active place with mostly local people (15 min to district 1, near Thao Dien).
-The rent is 260 USD per month, charges not included
-Charges; varies monthly (25-35 USD).
- Deposit 520 USD (2 months).

The accommodation is very large and is fully furnished ( includes microwave, washing machine, barbecue etc), there is a shared kitchen on the first floor that is kept very clean by the maid who comes 3 times a week and whose service is included in the charges. Moreover, you have a nice rooftop to relax on and a secured garage for motorbikes.

The bedroom for rent is very spacious and fully furnished and includes a double bed, desk, nightstand, and wardrobe with a private bathroom and a skylight, see pictures below.

The accommodation is shared in all with 4 other nice housemates, French and English between 22 to 30 years old.
