Quaint fully-furnished serviced apartment in District 1

We are finding someone or a couple, or besties who want to take over our quaint fully-furnished serviced apartment in District 1. My partner and I are moving to a bigger place, because I have a lot of stuff, like shoes and other girly things that I hoarded all over Saigon.

The Apartment is in a very good location. You can walk from Bui Vien, cross the street to Pham Ngu Lao. Close proximity to Ham Nghi, Bitexeco Tower, a few metres walk to Calmette Bridge.

The serviced apartment is $370.00/month, 1 mos dep, rent includes: furnitures, cleaning, water, hi-speed wifi, assisted parking, security, (laundry and electricity not included) and an awesome Vietnamese landlord who speaks fluent English and she will always accommodate your needs.

The size of our place is 28m2, it has a mini-kitchen (you can buy my gas stove (worth 600k bought in December 2014) for 300k or you can get the Electric stove included in the apartment). The pots are included with the apartment, except the pans (We bought them), The kettle is not included as we bought that as well.
