Hi there,
My name is Thao (Mrs.), I am an authentic landlord. My newly built house is a 7 stories building, a river frontage house, located in Hoang Sa street, Tan Dinh ward, District 1. We have three en-suite rooms available, same structure, as one room is one storey separately. The area of each room is 40 square meters, broad balcony with great river viewing. All rooms are fully equipped, the facilities includes elevator, luxury toilet, bed, bedding, mattress, pillow, fitted wardrobe, AC unit, fan, fridge, cable TV, wi-fi, washing machine.
The surrounding area is a mixture of peaceful and dynamic atmosphere. You can get the most delicious and the cheapest street food in a walking distance, even McDonalds is just 500 meters away. The canal path is opposite to the house, it is great for those who love exercises.
We are welcoming those who are expats, friendly, neat and tidy. Monthly rental is US 250 dollars (5.500.000VNĐ) per person, or US 280 dollars (6.100.000VNĐ) for couple per room. The deposit is 2 months. Bills are included, excepting electric which based on the electricity meter in each room.
