I'm looking for someone to fill my spot in a wonderful two-bedroom apartment in Binh Thanh District. The place is located five minutes from D1 by bike, close to downtown and surrounded by delicious street food.

Rent is USD $250/month (VND 5,250,000) excluding utilities and the place comes fully-furnished, complete with a kitchen, small balcony, washer/dryer, shared bathroom and one of the greatest couches on earth. A security deposit of USD $500 (VND 10,500,000) is also required. Secure parking is available, too.

You'd be living with one other person, Lien Hoang, who is conscientious, tidy and an all-around great flatmate. Clean, tidy male or female tenants are welcome.
